MANILA — When the doors opened at Edsa Shangri-La on the morning of May 9, 2026, the queue stretched further than expected the whole day. By the time the event was wrapped, it was clear this had been the most significant edition of Traders Fair that Manila has seen.
The energy on the exhibition floor was immediate. Booths from Gold Sponsors iQuoto, Merlion Global, Lirunex, IUX, FP Trading, and coins.ph were busy from the opening hour, with attendees asking real questions and having the kind of unhurried, in-depth conversations that simply don’t happen online. Participants ACCM, DBG Markets, Tradeview Markets and Tothemoon rounded out what was one of the most diverse and well-attended exhibition floors in the event’s Manila history.
The seminars drew consistent crowds throughout the day. Both speaking halls were full from start to finish, a reflection of just how hungry this community is for practical, credible financial education delivered by people who have actually lived it.
Notable Speakers
The sessions covered the full spectrum of what Filipino traders and investors are grappling with in today’s markets, and the speakers didn’t shy away from saying what they actually thought. Each speaker took the time to connect in person with the communities they have built, people who have followed their journey online, learned from their content, and finally had the chance to put a face to the voice. That kind of access doesn’t happen often.
Gilbert Lazaro, creator of the TPAI Trading System and Co-Founder of IMACT, known as TitoVlogs, brings a wealth of experience as a former risk management banker with 16 years in trading across stock markets, cryptocurrencies, and Forex. With an insatiable curiosity for market dynamics, he continually explores new concepts and pioneers innovative trading tools and techniques. Gilbert’s dedication and expertise were recognized with the prestigious titles of Best Trading Advisor in the Philippines in 2022 and Best Trading Media in 2023 by the Trader’s Fair and Awards.
Coach WAG of WagForex, recognised earlier this year with the Best Advisor and Best Media Platform awards at the Traders Awards 2025, spoke on their trading psychology and the principle of logic over pattern recognition, a framework that runs counter to how most people initially approach the markets.
Coach Miranda, as founder of ELITE University and creator of the FEAST System, registered with the National Library of the Philippines and copyrighted through IPO Philippines, he has educated over 10,000 students globally. He brought that depth of knowledge to a live audience, covering blockchain, trading fundamentals, and the intersection of macroeconomics and crypto markets.
Markii Argota, Founder and CEO of Cerberus Trading, addressed the point where technical knowledge stops being the edge. Knowing the setups, the indicators, and the strategies is only half the equation. What determines outcomes at the highest level is the psychology behind the execution, how you respond when the trade goes against you, how you protect your capital when confidence runs high, and how you build a mindset that holds up under pressure. It was one of those sessions his audience and followers weren’t ready to end.
John Reinel Penetrante, Lloyd Bazar, Jem Francisco, and Jonathan Lou Reyes, all representing the broader TradersPH community, brought a collective energy to the event that tied the day together. Across their sessions they covered multi-asset education, fund management, holistic trading strategy, and professional trading instruction.
A Day to Remember
Lucky draws ran throughout the event, with prizes from our exhibiting partners rewarding attendees who stayed engaged from morning to close. As the expo wrapped at 6pm, VIP cardholders and invited guests carried the evening into a dinner and celebration that felt like exactly the right way to end a day like this.
Traders Fair has been in the Philippines since 2018. The conversations started in that room will carry forward, in trading decisions, in communities, and in the relationships built between strangers who quickly realised they had a lot in common.
